Included in the stay or mandatory:

- Air conditioning in all rooms
- Heating
- Wi-Fi throughout the property
- The stay includes bed linen with a weekly change, towel sets and a final cleaning of the villa (€606 per stay).
- Check-in and check-out with the villa's owner
- Essential starter kitchen kit (includes liquid washing-up detergent, a sponge, two tea towels and a dishwasher tablet)
- Private open-air parking within the property
- 4–5 km from the motorway entrance

Arrival and welcome

Check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the booking and must be agreed at the time of confirmation.
To ensure a smooth, personalised welcome, the family coordinates directly with guests in the days before arrival by email or phone.

Privacy and Independence

Villa Hugo is granted for the exclusive use of its guests, guaranteeing maximum privacy in all indoor and outdoor spaces (gardens, pool and living areas). To ensure discreet assistance and immediate support for any need, a portion of the estate — with fully independent and separate access — is reserved for the family, whose presence is marked by the utmost discretion.

TO GUARANTEE YOUR STAY

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of €1,000 is required, managed via a credit card pre-authorisation and returned at the end of the stay, subject to any damage. The deposit will be refunded in cash on the day of departure or, if this is not possible, by bank transfer.

BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL

Booking Conditions

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Cancellation incurs a penalty of 30% of the total rental price.

Cancellation terms are communicated at the time of booking and, like prices, may vary according to the season.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Respecting the residence

Please contact us one week before arrival to let us know your flight/ferry number and arrival time, so we can organise check-in. We kindly ask you to call us once you have reached your destination, to confirm your arrival time.
To ensure the quality of the experience and respect for the residence:
- Smoking is not permitted indoors
- No pets allowed
